Ad hoc and conciliation commissions are confidential procedures throughout which we help businesses to negotiate with their main creditors, with a view to ensuring the company's survival. These preventive procedures have been shown for many years to be effective – achieving a successful outcome in two out of three cases.
In the role of ad hoc commissioner or conciliator, the administrator is neutral and independent.
He or she is a negotiator who brings together common and opposing interests.
On the request of the company director, the procedure is opened by the President of the presiding court to which the name of the commissioner and their agreed fee is communicated.
This action is always preceded by an interview, usually free of charge, during which we get to know each other and establish a joint analysis of the situation before deciding upon a strategic approach.
